Indira Khurana, Doctor of Integrative Medicine and Ph.D. in Physics, is the President and CEO of Laser Cosmetics and Pain Treatment Clinics in Canada, specializing in Pain, Addiction, and Dermatological Conditions. As a former Professor of Physics, she displays exceptional dedication and brilliance in using the fundamentals of physics in the field of health and wellness. Dr. Khurana's outstanding contributions to medical research and her humanitarian efforts have earned her several prestigious awards. These include the “Doctor of Humanitarian Service” award from the “World Organization of Natural Medicine” and the “Asia's 100 Women Power Leaders Award 2023,” celebrating her visionary leadership and impact on healthcare and entrepreneurship.

Additionally, she has been honoured with the Bhartiya Nari Ratna Award, Business Excellence Award, Distinguished Alumnus Award from the Indian Institutes of Technology Alumni Canada, and the Women Entrepreneur Award. Vikas Gupta is an analytical, innovative, and critical-thinking technology enthusiast who solves complex business challenges with thoughtful and clearly defined processes and data assets. Vikas is a senior level business analyst  with deep data understanding and more than 10 years of experience in designing and implementing Enterprise-level Automated Solutions for location-based marketing companies. Vikas pioneered data strategy and business intelligence initiatives to support high-quality data management and integrity projects that improved operational efficiency, enhanced visibility for effective decision making. He is highly skilled in statistical and econometric modelling, performing quantitative analysis, technological data mining and geospatial analysis using advanced tools and techniques.

Alok Nagpal is a distinguished entrepreneur, real estate broker, and community leader with over 30 years of global business experience spanning Canada, the United States, and India. With a proven track record in real estate, international business development, sales, and operations, Alok has successfully led both startups and large enterprises to new heights. As the founder of one of Canada's top-performing commercial real estate teams, he earned national recognition, consistently ranking among the Top 5 Listing Brokers in Canada.

Currently, Alok operates as a real estate investor, broker, and developer, with a portfolio that includes commercial and residential projects, Loblaws franchises, hospitality and fuel retail assets. He has led multi-million-dollar ventures and strategic partnerships across diverse sectors, including IT, telecommunications, and retail, and has played a key role in international joint ventures with Fortune 500 companies and venture capital firms.

Vinay Thapliyal is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Legal Route Professional Corporation, a client-focused full-service law firm providing accessible and practical legal services across Ontario. With over a decade of experience and education from the University of Toronto and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, his practice spans business and corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, construction law, criminal law, family law, personal injury, real estate, and wills and estates. Vinay is known for clear communication and solutions-oriented advice that empowers individuals, entrepreneurs, and SMEs to make informed decisions.

As Vice President of Legal at the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, Vinay supports the Board on legal strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, while mentoring emerging professionals, members, and business leaders. As Director of Small & Medium Enterprises (SME), he leads initiatives that connect business owners with practical resources through targeted seminars, workshops, and curated networking opportunities. He also works closely with diverse organizations to advance the common interests of SME members across the India–Canada corridor and to strengthen the Indo-Canadian business community.

My adventure began at SKYLINK, where I progressed from Sales Manager to General Manager, gaining invaluable insights along the way. In 2018, I established CTS Fares Canada, which quickly became a prominent consolidator in the industry. The acquisition by Mondee in 2020 was a significant milestone, and by 2022, I took pride in seeing Mondee listed on Nasdaq, with myself leading its Canadian operations.

Currently, I hold the position of Executive Vice President at Voyzant, where I oversee North American and global operations, concentrating on growth and expansion.  My dedication to community service has remained steadfast since I joined the Indo-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) in 2008. I was honored to receive the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Pin in recognition of my commitment. Through various initiatives, including missions to India, I continue to work towards building connections and supporting our vibrant community.

With an engineering background, he brings a problem-solving mindset to every challenge—driving the growth of a thriving "Done mortgage brokerage" by always looking for new tools and ways to help his team succeed.

One of Deepak’s most rewarding experiences was working with federal election campaigns for candidates, where he learned how to listen, build trust, and connect with people from all walks of life. Those moments helped him appreciate the real value of community and see challenges as chances to grow.
