Project Team for Indo-Canadian Business Growth and Leadership Program

Project Lead: Manages the project on a day-to-day basis, overseeing all operational details from initiation to completion.

  • Develop detailed project plans that outline key activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Design the project structure to effectively manage different components such as participant recruitment, workshops, peer learning communities, and international expansion support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring all activities are executed as planned.
  • Manage resources, including time, budget, and personnel, ensuring the project remains on schedule.
  • Oversees logistical arrangements for workshops, seminars, and other project events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Implement systems for tracking project progress and measuring impact against established metrics and objectives.
  • Regularly review project performance, preparing reports for submission to ministry
  • Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders

  • Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to navigate uncertainties or external changes impacting the project.
Marketing Coordinator:
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective community outreach and participant recruitment.
  • Manage all marketing and public relations activities to boost project visibility and engagement.
  • Manage Social media for this initiative and analyze engagement metrics and finetune outreach strategies.

Workshops, Advisory services and Community Engagement coordinator

  • Facilitate the formation of peer learning communities, ensuring they are structured to promote mutual support and knowledge sharing.
  • Organize regular meetings and networking events for participants and monitor the effectiveness of these communities in supporting the project’s goals.
  • Plan and execute sector-specific workshops and seminars tailored to the needs of different business sectors.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to develop content that is relevant and impactful.
  • Manage logistics for workshops, including venues, schedules, and participant registration.
  • Organize workshops that address specific challenges of entering international markets.
  • Serve as a liaison between project participants and external experts on global trade and market entry strategies.
