Small businesses are the backbone of the Canadian economy employing 70% of the Canadian workforce and 54.2% of the economic output produced by the business sector.
With the right information and guidance, small businesses are easy to start and sustain. The Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) is organising a symposium and an exhibition in collaboration with the City of Markham. The event is aimed at promoting entrepreneurialism. The program comprises an inauguration session and two panel discussions.
Alongside, a small business expo will also be held providing opportunity to small business service providers to exhibit their services or products.

Panelists include representatives of Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), City of Markham, IT companies, entrepreneurs and professionals.
The expo will be held at the Great Hall at Markham Civic Centre and will provide a great opportunity for small businesses in the services sector to come in direct contact with potential customers.
Only 30 exhibitors will have table space at the expo. Register now for the symposium and the expo. The participation in symposium is free but registration is mandatory. The table space at the expo is for $200 + HST.
