Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce is organising in partnership with Nanda & Associate Lawyers an interactive session on Harmonised Sales Tax rebates on new homes and condos.

Speaker:  

Jagmohan Singh Nanda, Senior Lawyer, is the founder and principal of Nanda & Associate Lawyers, P.C. He practices primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Business Law, Immigration, Wills & Estates, and Personal Injury.

Ralph Swaine, Senior Lawyer, graduated from Carleton University with a B.A. with Distinction and obtained his LL.B. from the University of McGill. He has over 35 years of legal experience handling civil litigation matters, has been counsel on record in over 30 reported cases before Ontario courts, and has appeared before all levels of the Superior Court of Justice, both at trial and appellate levels.

Glen A. Cook, Senior Lawyer, graduated from McMaster University with an Honours B.A. in Psychology and received his LL.B. from the University of Windsor. He has 15 years of experience in family law matters.
